The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it. The good news: DHL Shipping offers a flat rate of $25 for the first pair and $15 per each additional pair!

Non-prescription: 3-5 business days (eyewear); if product is in stock
Single-vision prescription:2-3 weeks / business days (eyeglasses); 2.5 weeks/ business days (eyewear)
Progressive prescription:3-4 weeks / business days
Specialized lenses (1.74 high-index, light-responsive, and prism lenses)::3-4 weeks / business days
Gift cards: 5 business days
E-gift cards: Within an hour of ordering. E-gift cards scheduled for future delivery will be sent on the morning of the requested date.
Note: Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. can take a few extra days to arrive depending on your zip code

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada. We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes!!!

What is your return policy?
We have a strict no return policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’re sure a friend or family member would LOVE to buy a pair from you! They're one of a kind, handmade and gorgeous!
What if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or soiled item, you will need to file a damage claim via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can get started on the process. You will need to send the damaged item(s) back to us to undergo a quality control inspection; if our claims department approves the exchange. You will be given the option to select a replacement pair equal to the value you paid and be required to pay for any required shipping. Additionally, the customer is also responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning them to us.
Do you offer additional protection?
We do offer a Born+Fed protection plan for $99.00! This must be added at time of checkout.
Purchase Born+Fed’s One-Year Eyewear Protection Plan so you can make sure your eyewear is covered, and replacement is guaranteed.
